Me and my partner absolutely loved it. The food was super delicious, the staff very friendly and polite. The atmosphere in the restaurant was perfect. The chicken in the mixed hors d’oeuvres was nice and juicy even it was batter and deep fried, same with the quarter duck very flavourful and juicy. Highly recommended if you’re near , even if you’re not worth the drive.
I usually hate eating out, but Good Friend Chinese is the one place I will order from with no regrets. I've been ordering from them for six months, especially during times when I couldn't cook, and every time, the food is fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. Their service is always respectful, delivery is super quick, and the portion sizes are great. This is the only Chinese restaurant I trust for takeaway. Last week, we tried another place closer to us, but the food was so greasy and unappetising that I couldn’t even eat it. I genuinely hope to visit the restaurant in person one day. Until then, Good Friend Chinese remains my go-to, or I’d rather cook at home! Thank you!!!!!
We’ve come back here a few times over the years. It’s a no thrills kind of place but the food is always excellent. Order in advance the seafood and you won’t be disappointed. For big family occasions and celebrations this is our go to place. Highly recommend
My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time earlier this week, Monday. We have already visited again today, Friday. The atmosphere, service and food is wonderful. You will not be disappointed. Portions and price are great.
This Chinese restaurant in East London is absolutely amazing! They have such a diverse menu with a wide range of options to choose from. And the seafood dishes are simply fantastic! The portions are huge, and you definitely get your money's worth. The staff is super friendly and always ready to assist you. Highly recommended!
Had a lovely family lunch here today. Staff were really lovely and attentive. They helped with baby seat and rexxomendations. The food was great, best Chinese I've had in a long time. Especially loved the salt and pepper pork chop. Excellent value for money, portions were good and the food was great quality. Reccomend and would return. Thank you.
A treasure cove of incredibly fresh and delicious sea food. The scallops, prawns with butter and garlic are to die for. Been ordering takeaway from here for a long time but finally dined in last night with a group of 20 for my birthday and we all were truly blown away
